Thanksgiving Dinner

We added some colours on our front porch.
Of course mom and dad asked us to pose to the camera.

"We can definitely smell BBQ!"

Mom and James decided to make pumpkin ice-cream.

Their mission completed within a half an hour.

Thanks, ice-cream maker!

Our mission started immediately.

It was yum!
Meanwhile dad quickly made a few dishes.

I can see the stuffing in our bowl..  but why does he make only one bowl?

Mom and dad decided to skip Mr. Turkey this Thanksgiving.
Instead, they went to catch fish by themselves.
(Just kidding!)

We all wondered how lobster tails turn out on the BBQ.

"What is that, dad?"

He prepared mom's favourite, crostini with Scallops, Gorgonzola,
Parmesan cheese & white wine sauce.

Our brudder was busy sampling Gorgonzola...

"Can I have that slice?"

I am always afraid whenever dad lights the barbecue
but....

I am here for fetch today!

Curious brudder had to check everything out!

Looking good!

Done!

Done, done!

This dish was cooked in the oven.

Tonight's Veggie menu.

Shall we just dig in?

Mom's plate.
Dad served our dinner but hey, where are the photos?

We thought we always have room for dessert but we were so stuffed.
Mom revealed this huge cake next day.

This is Turtle Cake... we have no idea why is's 'turtle'.

As you know, chocolate is big NO NO for us.
So, mini cup cakes were ready on our plate.

By the way, do you notice I just came back from the groomer? :)

I feel pretty!  :)

What a splendid celebration! Anytime your Pops wants to come over and cook for us, that would be OK by me!

OMD!! What a magnificent FEAST!! Oh, I just LOVE the lobster idea (here we sometimes have fresh crabs from Fisherman's Wharf in SF, oooh so good!) It's always good to mix it up a bit!
Ma thinks your Pops should open his own resturant, or at least make overnight deliveries to my Ma!! BOL!
Oh, I have to say you look very beautiful with that bow in your furs!

Kisses,

Ruby

What a magnificent celebration! The photos are so great! Lobster tail on the barbecue definitely seems delicious! And what about the cake and the little cupcakes for the fur babies! You really are an inspiration for us!

James looks like a truly happy kid and it's wonderful to watch him grow.
Charming Pinot always seems ready to smile and Momo is the prettiest with her little bows!
