Memories of Summer Fun

We had lots of fun actities but
the bestest memory is paddling with our humans!

"Why are we wearing life jackets?"

We launched our canoe near Old Mill Station as usual
and headed south the river.

It was a beautiful day and the water was very calm.
There was nothing we were afraid of.

"Did you bring snack, mom?"

I really like this trip!

After paddling for a half an hour, we reached to Lake Ontario
and had a quick break at the Sunnyside beach!

I, Pinot was doing fetch in the water.
There was no other doggies who tried to get my frisbee!
hehehe....

Ah~, peace!

One more fetch!

You know our humans. This was MUST!
Cheeeeeeese~~!

After a long day, we had a nice shower and relaxed on the couch
while my dad did BBQ!

"What's cooking, dad?"

Chef Daddy made a simple tomatoes and Brie Cheese pizza!
YUM!!

Our summer was good and we hope you had great memories as well! :) :)

Now we enjoy feeling crispy air in the morning!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello there!

On the Thanksgiving weekend, we had a relaxing walky
on the trail along the Humber River, west of the city.

It's the time adult salmons returns to the river to spawn the eggs.
Many salmons jumped out from the water and
tried really hard to make their way to upsteam in the half
'man-made' envirment.

We saw two made it and human spectators applaused!
We didn't take pictures but many 'mean' humans tried to catch the salmons
in the shallow water. :( :(
Mom didn't think it was fair!

It was a very warm weekend and
humans and doggies weren't the only ones who wanted to feel some warm fresh air.

.... but Ms Racoon!

All humans left her alone after taking some photos.

And this brave racoon was approaching me!

MMmmm... shall I say Hello closely?

Now it's time to take a nap in the car.

Same evening, The chef cooked a wonderful dinner.
This is Tuna steak with tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil.

There is a big chunk of tuna under chopped tomatoes.
Mom, the assistant, prepared some roasted veggies.

Butternut squash with sage and cinnamon turned out very well.

It was not a big dinner but we enjoyed every single bit!

This is 'After' the tuna steak was done in the Big Green Egg.
You can't see basil but we felt its aroma.  Yum!

Mom's plate.

Humans forgot to serve Stuffed Scallops.
Da~

We shared of tinny tiny bit of festive food.

Happy Thanisgiving, everyone!

The fist signs of autumn

We enjoyed a very nice & long walky this morning.
The air was a bit chilly but confortable.  The blue sky looked really nice.

Look at the clouds!
They point to the top of CN Tower!

Can you see the tower far behind me?

It was nice that the grass at the park wasn't wet at all.
Nothing worse than walking on the wet and soggy ground, right?!?

(I, Pinot don't care!)

So I coudn't stop hopping around the big hill!
Call me Bunny Momo!

Who said I am 10?!?

Mom was wondering why the clouds seemed familiar to her...

Sniff.. sniff...

What?
My Bad Hair Day?!?

I need to call my groomer girl!

I, Momo felt something different in the air.

Ah-ha!
Leaves started to change colour!

I have a very good sence of smell.

Soon, the ground will be covered by this!

Happy first Autumn-ish Day!
