A night without mom and dad

Why.....??

Because they decided to hire a baby sitter and leave three of us at home for the
very first time on one evening in late April.

The pawfect baby sitter candidate.

Don't you think we are the pawfect baby sitter for our human brudder?

We would play with him for hours and even tidy up his after mass...

If our brudder wants to explore the park with his bike, we would supervise him forever.

The Cavalier sissy'n'brudder team.  What else can you ask for?

In despite of our suggestion, a very nice lady rang the door bell on that evening.

Our house has been the movie theatre, Arena,
indoor park, bar, restaurant for the past almost three years but on this evening,
our pawrents did go out by themselves.

When they left the house, mom said they were going to meet The Boys.

Duran Duran performed in a very small venue called Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto.
Can you see how small the stage is?

Our pawrents found many other same age group
'mature' audiences.

You might think Duran Duran is one of those bands who still tour in casino
but ....... No Way!
They have been always active and they recently released a new album which
is well done.  They keep Duran Duran sound but is not 80's at all!  :)
Does anyone like them?

John Taylor, one of men our mom had a huge crush on when she was a teenager.
hahahahaha.....
He's human age 50 and we think he looks good for his age as well as other band members.

The stage was hot hot hot!

It was so fortunate to have a baby sitter who has known our brudder so well at daycare.
Without you, our pawrents' big desicion was not made.

"See mom, we were all good with the baby sitter.  Now it's time to sleep...."

Last but not at least, our Cavalier friend Charlie has given us this really cool award!!!
Stylish Blogger Award!!!
Now we are proudly post this badge on our blog.
Thank you so much, Charlie and family.

Ohhh my mum LOVED this post.....SHE had Duran Duran fever when she was in High Skool! Her favourite was SIMON.....she's going all weak at the knees now! Get it together woman!!

I'm happy that you all liked the babysitter....but I'm sure you two could've handled your brudder yourselves ;-)

My girl is STINKIN' JEALOUS that your mama & dad got to seen Duran Duran in concert! (Did they sing any of their 80s stuff?) I think your mama & our girl would be able to rock out together if they ever meet since their taste in music is so similar.

Glad to see that you two were there to back up the babysitter, in case she needed a break.

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley & Stella

Oh congratulations to your humans for taking the big step!! :-) How exciting for them to have a night out alone! And how nice of you to help with the babysitting - evem if you weren't left solely in charge! :-) That looks like the most awesome concert!
