Finally we had a nice & sunny day!
(This was yesterday. Today our weather is back to dumb! A bit chilly, wet, hoggy.. grrrrr!!!)
"Mom & dad! We can do a long walky today!"
If you don't get up early enough, the outside looks like this right away.It's been only 4 hours since we took that picture above.
"Mom, Dad... It's dark already!!"
I've had some blinkers (This is the best so far. Please click here.)for dogs and happy about them except the batteries
that ran out very quickly.
My dad found something else and wanted to give it a try.
What he picked up is a HEAD LIGHT for hooomans! (Nothing fancy!)
Seems like the size is ok around my neck and the light doesn't blink my eyes.
"Let's try this out!!!"
"Can you see my front legs?"
Looks like I am wearing a halloween costume.
No one can see my dad but me!
I think the driver can see me in the darkness.

Momo! Great idea! I love the light you get to wear when you go outside. It was very funny seeing just your legs moving around. I was scairt, but just for a second.

Oh this is too cute! I have a small blinker that attaches to Max's harness. We say he looks like an airplane when he chases things in the dark.

In your video, it looks like a little alien is searching the ground with a tiny spotlight. I think someone might call the police if they see you and not your daddy walking down the street in the dark.

Momo that is soooo cool!! I have one of those blinker lights myself - HM only has to change the batteries once a year - unless she forgets to turn it off!!! I think your light is much better though!!

Momo-dog, how lovely it is where you are! It brings back memories of Berlin - you are about the same latitude. The Autumn walks at night were beautiful; we used to go out late - about 11 pm or midnight, meet puppy friends and go on long walks together through the Grunewald. The humans in Berlin never seem to sleep, so it was a perfect place for a dog - someone to play with at all hours, and in the summer, it never got dark until after 11pm! Enjoy your autumn jaunts, and look forward to the winter snow!
