Happy Family Day Long Weekend!

While mom was doing groceries, we visited Sugar Beach

across from the supermarket.

Sugar Beach is an urban beach park located next to Lake Ontario.

BUTTS

This is a place for relax. 

You are NOT supposed to swim or jump to Lake Ontario, just saying.

Then we found a newly built tinny tiny dog park.

"Bro, I wouldn't sit down on that pee pad mountain!"

Boys gotta have fun, right?

Food Report

Hello friends, it's me Pinot!

It's winter and not much going on here.  

We boys spend lots of time 

together talking and cuddling these days. 

Today, I'd like to report what we enjoyed at home..

Food!

So here we go...

 This is A BIG salad bowl.  

Lots of baby spinach, tuna, 

Edamame, Brussel Sprouts, carrot and orzo pasta. 

Seafood Ancient Grains Linguine.

Pirogies with sautéed yellow peppers.

Simple salad with mushroom soup.

Cold Udon, Soba, dipping sauce and Spinach salad.

That green paste Wasabi is very spicy!

Wholegrain spaghetti and sautéed King Oyster mushrooms.

Garlicky!

Roasted root veggies and garlic.

YUM!

Super Bananary Banana Bread.

Breakfast baked egg toast. 

Homemade tomato sauce and mussels with bread.

Flatbread with homemade red onion chutney.

My bro and mom often discuss what colour is missing from our food.

It's obviously purple!   

Fortunately, this winter has been mild.  This is probably our 2nd snow week.

This is me, doing fetch in the snow.

Ok...  We are back to bro & bro time.  :) :)

we prepared some fuels for Santa Paws and his helpers before bed!

Yay, yay!!  They really arrived!!

all the way from the North Pole!!

Looks like Santa Paws was out of wrapping paper this year. 😁😁

While Chef Daddy was preparing Christmas Dinner,

mom and I went out for walkies.

After bath and nap,  super garlicky yummy smell woke me up.

Snow Snow Snow!

Mommy found Momo's winter coat.

It's pawfect for snowy day.

After snow stopped, beautiful blue sky was appeared.

Mommy took a day off today and we had a nice walky while sun was out!  

Can you see my happy tail? :)

Withrow Park looked really nice.

Today is PA day (Professional Activities for teachers) 
and schools are closed, many kids came to the park.

It was the pawfect day for tobogganing!

Halloween

This is a very late post about my bro's favourite time of the year,

Bro, The Pickle Man and his loyal Dog, The Devil.

Oh he's not just a pickle, he's a Garlic Dill Pickle!

 A night before the Halloween,

Daddy made a pickle jar lantern.

This is the back of the jar.

Nutrition Facts label is a requirement in Canada.  

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain and very windy

BUTT

it didn't stop my bro! 😅

"Mommy, everyone is so kind!"

After two hours and a half of trick or treating,

he was SO satisfied. 

This years winner is Aero! 

Poor mom was SO exhausted.

 Next day,

Pumpkin Parade took place at nearby park.

Great idea!
