A long walky at Cheery Beach!
Saturday was about -6C (21F) and flurries.
We haven't done any long walkies lately. So we decided to go out for
a bit of excise. Hoomans need it, too!
Me, Momo on the back seat of our dad's new car. :)
"I love car ride. I wonder where dad and mom will take me...."
It was Cheery Beach along with Lake Ontario."Can you tell where the lake is??"
"Are these birdies cold??"
"ggggggrrrr, my hood!!! I can't see anything!!"
Mr. & Mrs. Swan.
This big doggie jumped into this cold water!
"He must be freezing!!!"
A part of the lake seems frozen and
there were many floating ice pieces on the surface.
All my winter booties are broken because of salt on the road
so I was running bare paws.
"My paws are getting cold. Let's think about heading back."
"Where did you go without me?!?"

Despite of this cold weather, we saw many doggies.
"Dad, look at these huge doggies!!!"

Hey - I'm the first one to comment - that's never happend before! So, Momo, how very brave of you to go to Cherry beach in winter! I only go in summer! And do you know that you were kind of in my hood? Sometimes, my mom and I walk to Cherry beach - it's a good hike for both of us. Maybe we'll see you there one day, but only when it's nice out!

I am so glad our beaches don't turn all white and icey like that in the winter!! You must be one very brave girl to go out in that cold - at least you were smarter than that brown dog jumping in the water!!!

Oh Momo...those pix reminded us of the ones we saw of Lake Michigan's shoreline on...hmm...whose bloggie was that Kirby's...No..Keeley's...it looks soooooo cold. I cannot believe a doggie in their right mind would go for a swim in January less they were part polar bear!!!

Cherry beach look very scenic with the snow but I bet it is very cold there. The dog is sure big and he is very brave to jump into the water at such a cold weather.

Looks like a cold cold place to be. It is nice that ya had a nice winter coat on. Was it too cold for little P to be outside? He is so tiny he might be hard to keep an eye on.
