My bootiful Sunday!
It was again 25C (77F) and sunny on Sunday.
This picture is small but if you enlarge it
you can see part of Lake Ontario.
"Mom, Dad! I think we should do a long walky on Discovery Walk!"
Can you see autum leaves from my window? We should go and
check this out!"
One of Discovery Walks in Rosedale Ravine is not far from our place as
you can see.
While our walky in our neighbourhood
I found this giant pumpkin. We reached to this quiet park and surprise!! (once again, please enlarge this tiny pic.) (Momo) "Can you see two Great Danes behind us?" (Mom) "Momo, these are NOT Great Dans. Mom hoursy and her baby horsey" We stepped into the Discovery Walk. "We'll have fun!"
I was so excited to sniff leaves, chase squirrels and birdy,
greet other hikers....
There is a sign but it's not very clear.
So we just listed by ear and kept walking.
Strange enough the trail is cut off by
busy Mt. Pleasant Road.
Back to the trail...
Air is nice and fresh.
"Mom, it's almost the end of this route."
We took a break at David A Balfour park.
This cute doggie came to say Hi to me. :)
"Sorry pal! I am friendly doggie but I am just thinking about our short trip
on the trail."
"What a nice Sunday!"
We spent about three hours at the trail and parks.
********************
Back to our street...
"Let's go home it's almost nice! Desperate Housewives
is start soon!"
Momo/J & R
Pee ess: Did anyone visit Pearly's blog recently?

  4. What an interesting walk you had. You should be all ready for our feast after the exertion. SS is a bit upset aftr her meeting with her supervisor. That usually means we are going to have comfort food (pizza, bread and hot soup) tonight. Not that I am complaining!

  6. Momo, it's me, MoMo, again. Just thought I would alert you to the existence of another Momo. She is my age and she is an OWL. If you want to meet her she is on my August blog, before I met you. Unfortunately, she doesn't blog.

  17. I am glad you met Momo-owl. Isn't she cute? Pity she doesn't blog, otherwise we could set up a 'Momo collective' blog site. Did you dream about the yummy food? Good! Just goes to show that I'm not the only one. SS says that I occasionally slobber and lick when I sleep after which I would wake and make a bee line for the food/milk saucer.

  18. Wow Wow Wow... U did your own version of Dog Hash!!! That looks extremely fun!!! PaPa says Mt Pleasant is a beautiful nice area to live in. If only I can buy a big house there with 3 bones! We can all have camping trips every weekend (except during wicked winter) hehehe...

Glad you had so much fun!!!

  23. Hi Momo,
MoMo here again. Just noticed Charlie's entry. Perhaps she and I should really get together and do a travel page for Sydney. We actually live in different part of the city. Her home is in the north and mine is much closer to the centre, in the inner west, which means less open space and also further from the beach.

  30. Hi Momo, you see, I'm here again! ;o)

Thanks a lot for your nice picture in my guestbook - I love to be surrounded by pretty girls! ;o)

And: it's the same with my mom, than with yours: my mom almost forgot all the english she has ever learned. (People are very forgetful! Well, you know, it's just that dogs are so much brighter than people ;o)))

So, what could be a nicer way to practice a language than by reading dogblogs? There is no better way! ;o)

  34. You seem pretty cool for a non-pug dog species. Those pictures are spectacular!

We get cruise ships every day here during the summer. They bring tons of people, but no dogs! What's up with that?

  35. Momo Girl!

You look so happy in all your walking trail photos. I wish I could go crunch through the leaves with you!

You really didn't play with the cute puppy at the park when he came over to see you? Were you concentrating on the next leg of your hike?

Good idea for a Sunday afternoon. Your parents are lucky to have you around to come up with ideas for how they should spend their time.

    Goober love,
    Stanley
