Yesterday our mom got home from work and told us
that it was her last day at work :) before she'll be on mat leave.
"mat leave?!?"
She explains that all moms to be are entitle to take
52 weeks off (50 paid weeks) in Canada.

Today is the BIG DAY for Toffee & Riley's mom and dad2b!They're getting married!

Here in Mexico the law gives them only 12 and the bosses think is too much!

ReplyDelete50 paid weeks fer Moms ta be....we're sure not gonna tell Heather that as she had ya go back ta work after 3 months and all of those weren't paid......have a great time with 'er while she's home....'n enjoy the new baby too when he/she arrives.....Gram's babysittin' baby Parker taday....we had ta smell 'em up pretty good ta make sure he was real 'n all...we found out he is real....he's takin' a nap right now....wonder if we can steal his toys.......

52 weeks off is super long. wow! we only get 60 days off for mommy. but my mommy is not getting anytime soon coz she needs a bump in the oven first. lol
